By accessing our website (https://erth.education) and using our online educational services (“Services”), you agree to comply with all these terms. If you do not agree, you must cease using the Services immediately.
2. Services & Delivery Policy
We provide online educational programs, courses, and academic support services.
Delivery of Service: Upon successful payment and registration, access to the educational platform, courses, and materials is delivered instantly and digitally via the student’s personal dashboard.
3. Purchases, Currency, and Billing
All course fees and subscriptions are evaluated, billed, and processed in US Dollars ($).
We officially accept payments via Visa and Mastercard.
For recurring plans, your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled via your account settings or by contacting us at info@erth.education prior to the renewal date.
4. Cancellation & Refund Policy
In full compliance with UK Consumer Contracts Regulations:
Customers retain the right to cancel their subscription and request a full refund within 14 days of the initial purchase (Cooling-off period).
The Legal Exception: Due to the immediate digital nature of our educational content, you expressly agree that once you log in to classes, stream lectures, or download any academic materials, you have actively consumed the service. Consequently, your legal right to a refund is waived, and the transaction becomes final.
5. Intellectual Property & Prohibited Activities
All educational content, videos, exams, and source codes are the exclusive intellectual property of ERTH EDUCATION LTD. Students are strictly prohibited from screen-recording, downloading without permission, or sharing account credentials with third parties. Violations will result in immediate termination of service without a refund.
6. Data Protection (UK GDPR)
We respect your privacy and secure your data. Your personal information is managed in strict compliance with the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018, as detailed in our Privacy Policy.
7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the Laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Birmingham, England.
